Priorities
When
I applied for the vacant council position I stated that
my goals would be to keep the community safe, improve our
financial position, and increase funds for streets and roads.
I am proud to say that we have made steps in all of the
areas in the past 12 months.
I’m
proud of what we have all accomplished together:
-
Passing the First Balanced Budget since 2001-2002 &
Increasing our Budget Reserve by $4 million
-
Tripling our Street and Road Improvement Budget
-
Increasing our Tree Trimming
-
Improving the City’s Credit Rating from BBB to A-,
Saving Taxpayer Dollars
The
Council has worked hard to improve our financial position
and expand services to residents.
Councilman
